The “Residence dei Due Porti” is an accommodation in San Remo, Italy, with hotel service, situated in the heart of the city right alongside a bicycle path and the beach, which offers a daily cleaning service included in the price. You can rent our apartments on a weekly basis, or for longer, or even just for a weekend according to availability. The price includes daily cleaning, with bathroom and kitchen linen change every two days. The apartments are provided with all the necessary bed linen.

The Residence San Remo offers hotel services (24 hours a day) and reception service (8.00 to 19.30) and is capable of meeting all your holiday needs thanks to the wide range of services it offers:

All Studio apartments have a sleeping area with double bed ( Two/Three room apartment 1-2 bedroom ) living room with sofa-bed, wardrobe, table and kitchenette with all the necessary cooking utensils, sink, fridge, freezer, draining board and microwave oven.
The apartments also have one or two direct line ‘phones, smoke detectors, satellite and digital terrestrial TV, DVD player, strong box, air conditioning, baby cots and baby chairs on request, and furnished balconies.
The services the ‘Residence dei Due Porti’ offers do not include breakfast and the restaurant.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments, only outside on the balcony

The ‘Residence dei Due Porti’ is affiliated with the “Lido” beach resort, with fine sandy beaches right in front of the Residence, 25% discount on deckchairs, sun-beds and beach umbrellas.
There are various sheltered parking facilities within 100 yards of the Residence, as well as a supermarket, two newsagents, two chemists and a lot of restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The newly-built San Remo station is 500 yards away, and the bus station 80 yards. Via Matteotti is just 100 yards away, with its boutiques and the Ariston Theatre, venue of the San Remo Festival (the celebrated Italian song festival), the Casino, banks and the historic Palazzo Borea D’Olmo with its civic museum. You can find numerous restaurants and bars within one hundred yards of the Residence.

Beautiful views to the sea and the beaches of San Remo right up to Capo Verde. Looking north you can admire the old town, locally known as “La Pigna” built on a hilltop, and the mountains that surround and shelter San Remo.
The Residence’s play area is equipped with all kinds of games suitable for children up to 6 years of age accompanied by their parents.
