We rent holiday apartments in San Remo Italy, completely renoved: single rooms overlooking the sea or facing onto the courtyard for a maximum of four people, two-room apartments with and without sea views for a maximum of four people + 1 extra bed, and three-room apartments with and without sea views for a maximum of 6 people (cots provided free for children up to 3 years of age for all types of apartment, please let us know when you book).

The holiday apartments are rented with all the necessary linen, and all of them are air-conditioned.

No smoking is allowed inside the apartments, only outside on the balcony

The price includes daily cleaning (from 8,30 to 15,00), with bath and kitchen linen change every two days.

In all of our apartments one will find:
Bed linens with blankets and pillows, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and a clothesline.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary utensils during ones stay and includes crockery, cutlery, glasses and
a moka pot.

All of our apartments are also equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods, iron, safe, TV with satellite channels, DVD player and hairdryer; (on request – toaster and immersion blender)

In the special cabinets located outside the apartments, one will have a broom and shovel, and ironing board, also in the courtyard of the Residence one may use our laundry room with 2 washing machines available for our guests for a small fee.
