People, who love spending their holidays on the seaside, will find a great variety of beaches in San Remo.

Starting from the promenade “delle Nazioni” and walking along Corso Imperatrice up to the promenade “Vittorio Emanuele II”, you will see wide sandy beaches, protected by breakwater rocks with low and accessible depths and welcoming and comfortable bathing establishments.

Another stretch of sandy beach extends itself between the two ports, Porto Vecchio and Portosole, on the promenade “Trento e Trieste”. After the dam of Portosole, the shingle beach is free, up to the Cape of San Martino; in the area of “Tre Ponti”, the beach is of a mixed type and very wide. On the East, you find the bay of Bussana di San Remo: a free stretch of beach, both sandy and rocky, where the water is particularly crystalline and inviting.
